Her expertise extends to designing robust go-to-market strategies, optimizing pricing narratives, and constructing a story that resonates deeply with investors, partners, and future acquirers.

Janet excels at converting complex market signals and strategic insights into clear, decision-grade roadmaps that unlock essential capital and accelerate distribution channels, ensuring ventures are not just viable, but primed for leadership.

Janet was trained in statistics, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, pedagogy, and psychometrics at Oxford University, the University of Hong Kong, Columbia University, and Stuyvesant High School.

Ryan is the tangible proof-maker, responsible for bringing strategic visions to life through rapid and robust technical execution. He engineers defensible core products, focusing on scalable foundations, privacy-first data design, and AI-ready system scaffolding that anticipate future needs. From conceptualization to deployment, he translates the strategic thesis into a shippable product trajectory, ensuring technical credibility and seamless integration.

Ryan emphasizes building the initial working prototypes that quickly validate assumptions, grounding strategic decisions in actual product reality and patent defensibility rather than mere speculation, thereby de-risking development and accelerating market entry.

Ryan created the OPT-IN email marketing industry. He holds the patent for Double opt-in™ method and system for verifying subscriptions to information distribution services (US 6167435). He took the company public without venture capital.
